WARRANTY COVERAGE
Airzentti ("we," "our," or "us") warrants that your Airzentti product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of your original purchase.
This warranty is granted to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
Proof of purchase is required when submitting warranty claims.
What This Warranty Includes:
During the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace a defective product or component. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Replacement parts or products may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
• Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from the normal aging and use of the product.
• Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Damage resulting from any service, maintenance, or modification performed by anyone not authorized by us.
• Consumable Parts: Parts that are expected to be consumed over time under normal use, unless they are defective upon arrival.
• Cosmetic Damage: Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's core functionality.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Please be ready to provide:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- The product model name/number.
- A clear description and, if possible, photos/video of the alleged defect.
Our support team will guide you through the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection.
CHANGES TO THIS WARRANTY POLICY
We may update this warranty policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
